The blending tour was fantastic and gave us a great insight into the history of Irish whiskey with brilliant craic from Linda our tour guide! If you are Scottish, expect a bit of a friendly roasting. 100% would recommend if your taking a trip to dublin.

I enjoyed the hour long experience, but it did seem to be a stretched out production. The whiskey we got to try was great, but as the guide jokes throughout, it’s not til the very end. Our guide was also really nice and funny.

For whiskey lovers, this is certainly a good opportunity to find out why there's an "E" in Irish whiskey. A humorous guide. Keep it up!

The Irish Whiskey Museum is one of the best museums to visit in Ireland. I should know, I’ve visited nearly every museum and collectors’ room that’s available to see, especially in Dublin. The Irish Whiskey Museum provides great history in the form of phenomenal Irish oral tradition and if you’re smart, you’ll also enjoy the flight of whiskey tasting at the end of your tour. It’s a great way to try a wide variety of whiskeys you might not have had before and expect to find a few new favorites you’ll want to take home with you. But do be sure not to go on an empty stomach, as the pours are hearty and strong!

05/12/2025: A well-balanced cafe that manages to stay comfortable even during busy hours. The layout allows people to sit without feeling cramped, and the overall pace never feels rushed. It’s a good spot for slowing down, having longer conversations, or simply taking time out while staying close to the city’s energy.
