Irish Whiskey Museum in Dublin

A nice museum in Dublin that offers a brief glimpse into the history of whiskey in Ireland. Depending on the tour booked, you can taste three or four whiskeys at the end. Naturally, you can then buy them in the museum's shop. However, a visit to a real distillery is certainly far more interesting.

Great tour guide- Colm! Hilarious and gave us the best treatment despite being a very small group. Super knowledgeable and entertaining.

Found the parts that focused on the history of distilling in Ireland interesting, but the whisky tasting and presentation (the actors and videos used) could do with some work. The screens with actors on them kept glitching out/had editing issues that made it looked janky and the tasting had very basic information ('this one is smooth', 'this one is more smooth' etc). Overall, a good place to get the basics down

Excellent place, at the bar you can enjoy good whiskey, a delicious Irish coffee and good conversation.
