It's a Trap in Dublin

18/04/2026: A well-maintained hotel with friendly service. There's a good bus connection right in front of the hotel to the city center (€2 / 10 min) and also to the airport. The hotel restaurant offers a good menu with plenty of choices. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A safe, a refrigerator (empty), and an ironing board are provided. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the room. On hot days, the table fan is definitely insufficient. The carpet in the room is also rather old-fashioned from a hygiene perspective.

16/04/2026: I stayed for two nights and was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I arrived at the hotel late at night and my phone battery was dead. I forgot that Ireland uses a different power adapter than the rest of Europe, so I asked the concierge for it. He told me they don't have it and that I need to wait until tomorrow and go to the nearest store. Also, breakfast is too expensive for what you get so try eating somewhere else...
