Didn`t partake of the food as I had already eaten, but the fare seemed to be of a high standard. Just dropped in to have a drink before the return to Cork.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTE PERFECTION – A SEAFOOD DREAM COME TRUE! I can honestly say this was one of the most unforgettable restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Let’s start with the seafood chowder, without exaggeration, it is the best chowder we have ever tasted anywhere. Rich, velvety, loaded with fresh seafood, and bursting with deep, comforting flavour. One spoonful and we were completely sold. Then came the fish and chips it was pure gold. The fish was impossibly fresh with a light, crispy batter that shattered beautifully with every bite, and the chips were fluffy inside with the perfect crunch outside. Classic comfort food done at an elite level. And my personal highlight: the prawn pasta. Absolutely sensational. The prawns were plump and juicy, the sauce silky and indulgent, and every mouthful felt like it was crafted with love and attention to detail. From the first bite to the last, everything was flawless. This is not just a meal, it’s an experience. If you’re even remotely a seafood lover, this place is a must-visit. I’d travel back in a heartbeat just to taste that chowder again. Bravo to the entire team, you’ve set the bar incredibly high. 🌟

A quiet October Sunday night in Glengarriff, so it was great to enter a place that served great seafood. This was really good. If you want to taste and eat quality seafood , this is as good as it gets. I had fresh scallops and my wife had pan fried monkfish. Both amazing !🤩 My scallops were easily the best I have ever eaten. You could taste the freshness in them. Top class food and a lovely sense of old style Irishness service to go with it. Super👍👍

Jack's is excellent in every way, the food was out of this world and the staff are really homely and nice.

Absolutely fabulous food. We’ve been back several times. Do not be put off by the slightly dated interior.
