Great food. Served very fast. Order steak and was cooked just like I asked for it. Jack and his wife were great. Will definitely stop for food if passing again.

Had a quick lunch, food was okay but they didn't have any mí wadi which was unusual but we're closing for the winter season so that might have explained that

Oh my gosh. So good. We had the fish and chips and lamb shank. We’ve eaten all over Ireland on our trip and this was our best meal. Yes, the waitress (maybe the owner) was a little short but just added to the experience. If you have ever seen Seinfeld, “no soup for you”. The food was amazing. Stop and experience.

The Oakroom Restaurant

15/01/2025: This cafe was suggested by the Heritage Center as a good place to stop to get a snack and coffee. It is right in the row of the pretty thatched houses. We sat outside on the partially covered patio and enjoyed some coffee and baked goods. We enjoyed watching the crows rip open the sugar packets at the tables ha
10/11/2024: On a recent trip to Adare we had lunch at the Good Room. Service was really good, staff are so helpful and professional. Choice is really good, we both opted for the ham toastie. Presentation was really nice & appetising. A bit expensive for lunch...glass of processo €11 but worth it. We would definitely visit again if in Adare.
