Came here as a child in the 1980s with my parents, the place still does an amazing Irish Breakfast & still holds up as good value, with plenty of nostalgia in the right way.

What you want in your local eatery .. and then the cakes to take away .. WOW

Very popular café on Gorey's main street. Very homely and great meeting point for the community. Always busy. Nicer than its sister café in Wexford. Delicious food, reasonably priced. Great choice also in Stafford's breads, cakes and buns. High quality. We always pull off the M11 on the way to Wexford for a pit stop in Gorey. Recommended.

We went here when we were visiting Wexford & we ate here each morning! It was the nicest breakfast I think I’ve ever had! Definitely worth a visit!

We ordered hot food, sandwich platters and a cake for an event recently from Joannes in Gorey and the whole experience was fantastic. From start to finish Pat was a pleasure to deal with. We even got the food delivered to the venue and all of our guests were raving about the food there wasn't a scrap left! We will absolutely be returning and recommending to all.

Quick and simple lunch: soup and brown bread for a reasonable price. The soup was hot and tasty, but the bread was dry and crumbly like gluten-free "bread".

Joanne’s has been a firm family favourite for years! Any time we’re in Gorey we have to pop in ! The place is very accessible for wheelchair users or mobility compromised people, spotlessly clean, done up to a great standard, staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is so fresh and tastes amazing! The cakes and bread are gorgeous too. Highly recommend for a spot of lunch or any fresh baked goods. Can’t fault it enough
