Have been to Johnnie Fox's three times now. Great place to bring a visitor to Dublin. Good, hearty and consistent food, and some nice beers on tap. Try their stout, it's thick and chocolatey. The Hooley night was fantastic and highly entertaining. The dancing was lovely to watch and the music was some of the best I've appreciated in pubs.

The 3-course meal for four of us, priced at €280, was worth every euro. The service was impressively quick—faster than any fast food joint, yet with the absolute quality of a fine dining experience. Each dish arrived promptly, beautifully presented, and bursting with authentic Irish flavor. And let’s talk about the drinks! The Jonnie Fox Beer was a standout—rich, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. It complemented the meal and added to the Irish authenticity of the night. The live music and dancing kept the energy high, making the whole room feel alive and involved. It was one of those nights where everything just came together—great food, drink, service, and entertainment. We couldn’t have asked for a better Irish experience. A must-do for anyone visiting Ireland!"

The food was bursting with flavor, each dish more delicious than the last. The atmosphere was vibrant, with unique decor that adds charm and personality to the space. Service was impressively quick without feeling rushed.

My wife and I were in Dublin for a week, visiting friends that used to live in the US near us. They took us on a short tour of the local area and we stopped here for dinner. The place is VERY busy with tight inside seating, outside seating, etc. But...we had reservations and our table was ready on time. Of the 4 of use we had 3 different food choice and they were all great. I had my first Guinness in years and it was fresh and tasty. The waitstaff is very friendly and promptly delivered our drink and food orders. We expect to be hear again next year and will definitely stop by this pub again!

Lovely & friendly waitresses, great food but Guinness was woeful otherwise a good visit and very popular spot for Sunday lunch.
