Fantastic pub experience. Established 1798! Food and beverage quality is very good. Service was great. Atmosphere is classic. A must do while in the area.

Absolutely delicious, natural flavors I hadn't tasted in ages, and the mashed potatoes on the side were simply amazing. 100% recommended. The dishes were so tasty. A place from 1798??? Spectacular.

We stopped in on our way back from Glendalough, a truly charming and quaint historic Irish pub. We drank an excellent Guinness and relaxed in the lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended. The place is large and has plenty of parking.

If you haven't visited Johnnie Fox's by now, you missed out.

One of the absolute BEST, most DELICIOUS hearty meals I've had. This is the kind of culinary experience you MUST have while visiting 🇮🇪. The food is real, genuine and authentic irish cuisine. The atmosphere makes you want to stay longer and dive through the history of it. And the service is very hospitable. Thank you for an amazing experience!
