Johnnie Walkers in Waterford

Gorgeous food every time! This was my third time getting food from here and it honestly never disappoints. They usually sell haddock but due to the storms this time of year they had cod and look at the size of it you wouldn’t find a portion of fish and chips that big in any other chipper! Bigger than the box, it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. 100% recommend trying out this place whether you’re from Waterford or just passing through!

Was here a couple of days after they reopened. Chips are amazing. The fish had the right amount of batter and was absolutely beautiful. Scallops were good, could have been a bit crispier. Service was quite slow but they were only starting out. Owner was very friendly and I am delighted they are open again.

Great to see it back open again. Fish and chips were fantastic.

Great chips, lovely fluffy white fish. Curry sauce was lovely and spicy but could be thicker, scallops were good but batter needs to be both thicker and cruncher. Overall, very happy with my first visit there since reopening Nov 2023. Keep up the good work Zara. And thanks for bringing "Johnny Walkers" back to life in Waterford.
