Just walked in off the street and felt like home. The owner and staff invited us to a rowing contest. If you are looking for that spot to relax not worrying about Drama or how your hair looks. They will welcome you home
A group of us from out of town stumbled across this friendly, welcoming bar while celebrating, and wandered in due to the "Live Music" sign. It's bigger than it looks, and the bartender we had that night is lovely!
The music was great, lots of country classics, space to do a bit of jiving, waltzing or the quick step, and the singer that night took requests.
Just don't wander in expecting to stay for "just the one," stay a while and soak in the atmosphere!
Called in for a Guinness and bag of Taytos. Friendly locals, great welcoming landlady, pool table....we would have happily spent a couple of hours there.
