Went there for an Irish Whiskey tasting. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great place to sit and hang out with friends while having a pint.

A fantastic bar right in the heart of Dublin, perfect for both an afternoon drink and an evening out. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to the manager Daragh for his great service. Delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and a wonderful festive vibe that makes the place feel extra special. Highly recommended!

Nice pub and friendly waitress. The wings were the worst wings I've ever had though. I ordered buffalo and they brought out BBQ. The girl was happy to bring them back but the new ones weren't fresh. I could tell they were dipped back in the frier and then added buffalo sauce. They were rotten and dry.

Absolutely amazing. Had the best food and time. Thank you to the kitchen staff for accomodating my allergies. Special shout out to Rory for the amazing service and hospitality. Definetly a must try when in Dublin.

They look good, and the BBQ wings are delicious. The nachos are also very good. The steak sandwich is also great. From Monday to Thursday, you can get a snack for €10 per person, including a pint! A dream in Dublin. The waiters were friendly.

Ashtons Gastropub

20/03/2026: Dropped in for a drink in a Friday afternoon, very friendly, great service. Dog friendly in the bar when we visited! Food menu looks nice also.
10/03/2026: We hosted a party for 170 friends in “The Arts Club”at Ashtons last weekend. We had the best experience we possibly could have had. Everything was so well managed and executed, the room lends itself to a gathering of that size. The food was great, we had chosen some cocktails that were delicious and also had a full bar that was fully staffed so there was no waiting for drinks . All the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional.
