Just stopped at Service Junction 14 M7, Mayfield Or Ballynagalliagh, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, W34 E789, Ireland and was blown away by the fantastic customer service! As a coach driver, I'm often on the road and appreciate when places go the extra mile. Hong took us around she made sure got a hot meal and that was A plus , For any individual or Group travel , I Highly recommend for a welcoming and efficient experience!

I had the pleasure of been greeted by a lady Lynette when I came into shop at the door, she was a very friendly bubbly person with a genuine smile, we had a brief chat and while I was sitting down later on with my food she came over and asked me was everything ok for me, after chatting for awhile she recommended other options from the menu in insomnia when I told her I was a big fan of matcha, she came up with me and showed me the different options and was such a delight to talk too. It’s obvious she really enjoys her job and genuinely does want to help people. I left the shop feeling like I had made a friend and I will certainly be coming back again for a friendly chat. She is very resourceful and I also seen her going above and beyond to help find another customers lost card for them. Lynette was a breath of fresh air and a lovely person to talk to, she is definitely a treasure to J14 as not only does she have exemplary customer service skills, she has a a genuine want to help people and to be kind. Service with a wonderful kind smile!!
