Really bustling and busy pit stop for motorists on a holiday weekend. Great choice of dining options. Good shop and toilet facilities. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Great to see Tourist Information Available and free Fáilte Ireland travel guides for the neighbouring counties. Quite unique. The concept should be expanded to other motorway piazzas.

Ardgillan Castle and Demesne

02/09/2026: Definitely one of the most beautiful places I have visited near Dublin! Ardgillan Castle is amazing, especially the gardens, the castle and the views of the sea. The best part is that the park is free to visit. It is a great place to walk around, take pictures, have a picnic or just relax and enjoy the views. Definitely worth visiting, especially on a sunny day. I will definitely come back!

The staff and atmosphere are highly professional and attentive, yet relaxed. Great interiors and surroundings.
