Such a beautiful hotel with modern and classic features. Definitely brings a cozy feel to the place. The location is gorgeous and there is definitely a warm feel to it. A home away from home.

It’s very beautiful hotel.This hotel is very neat and clean.All the staffs are very friendly.easy to accessible car parking and near by shops.The river view was awesome.Restaurant food also Amazon taste.

It's a beautiful Hotel in a great location. Right near everything. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, good food and drinks.

Location , location , location. This hotel may not be the W hotel. Looks as generic as any hotel you've stayed at. No pool or crazy over the top amenities but the location is prime for Galway. Your smack dab next door to the Latin Quarter. A minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants in Galway. Room was fine, clean and perfect for a nights sleep at the end of the night during our trip. Shout out to Daniel the bartender, amazing service and great nightly convos while recommending Irish whiskey selections. Parking is next door attached but seemed absolutely tiny and our rental (VW tiguan) would've been a nightmare maneuvering around so we parked at the Q Park lot a couple streets away.

Hotel in the center of Galway, practically 20 meters from the pedestrian Quay Street. Multi-storey car park next to the hotel but not included in the stay. Large room equipped with everything you need such as fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine and courtesy set. Average breakfast, nothing exceptional. In my opinion the price is a little high for what it offers despite the location.

Very good place, the room had a refrigerator, 2 Coca-Colas, 2 sparkling waters and a dessert on the table, the room was very clean, everything was very nice, everything was very good in general, the buffet was very rich, there is a little bit of everything and the hotel is in the center of the city. .

When you first walk in the lobby it appears to be clean and updated with an upscale hotel look and smell. However, the guest rooms feel the opposite. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room, dust on almost every surface and dirt marks on the walls. Overall the cleanliness is more reflective of a 2 star hotel. We did have an issue with the tv and Greg did fix that for us. Great location but not very clean. Would not stay here again.
