This hotel is amazing. The staff is above and beyond. I wish I knew everyone’s name but Una stood out.
She was helpful and helped us find food when we needed it late at night due to a late arrival.

I stayed here for work-related travel. It was pretty nice for the most part and the staff was very kind! There were a couple of bugs in my room, but otherwise, it was quite clean.

Great location in heart of galway town. Access to shops, bars, restaurants. Nice clean, friendly hotel with breakfast buffet in the morning.

Great place to stay, a bit expensive, but that's just normal for hotels in ireland. Great location, close to pretty much everything in galway city. Not much to do in the hotel itself, it only has a small bar, with one TV. Rooms and food are great though.
Great place! Just a few steps out the front door and your in the main tourist area. The rooms were very nice; parking garage next door €12 /24 hours. You have to get the discounted parking pass. However, I really enjoyed this place.

The rooms were great, but a tad small. It was kept up with pretty good! My room was on the ground floor, so I suggest making sure you close the 2nd set of windows to help with the noise due to the outside festivities

No bath options. Had a voucher for Processo and was able to get Non Alcoholic option which was good.
Please add something to make your room visible to housekeepers that you have the late option. Twice I have gotten and paid for late and twice at 11am they knocked. If you had something that said "Late checkout" for the door it would be great.

Very warm welcome and fantastic location, staff are very friendly and helpful, car park unfortunately you have to pay, but you do get a 50% discount on car parking 24h parking with the discount will be 12 euro.
This morning at breakfast we got their 50mins before it closed , their wasn't enough food cooked for the capacity of the people staying in the hotel, the food was cold alot of other guests complaint about same issue, we had to wait for food to come out that took some time
