I indicated it was our 30th anniversary trip on the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised to see a "Congratulations" plate in our room at check in. It was a welcome surprise! Thank you for making our stay in Galway so memorable! The hotel is centrally located at the heart of the Latin Quarter. Walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and bars. Totally recommend!

Great location, friendly front desk, clean room, recently updated decor, wonderful welcome chocolate, decent breakfast....slightly stuffy room in July, but easily solved by opening window. Parking was public but super close and validated. Overall, great!

We will definitely return to this hotel where we slept very well, had sweet and savory breakfasts, spent relaxing evenings sitting in the lounge bar. The area is excellent: at the entrance to the Latin Quarter and a stone's throw from a beautiful walk that leads to Salthill.

Hotel in a very central location, with multi-storey car park with direct access. Very spacious rooms, WiFi available throughout the hotel and a plentiful breakfast, with hot and cold, sweet and savory products.
Great staff and location . Cleanliness sub par in bathroom and rugs.

Stayed for the evening last night as id never been to Galway for my partner and I's anniversary, food was to die for! The staff were nothing short of absolutely fabulous especially their wee barista and bar man who were nothing but chatty and curtious. A breath of fresh air I'll be down again for sure! Take care guys and thank you for your fabulous hospitality 😁💙

Loved it location and staff were lovely. My only downside is we had a voucher from when it was jury’s inn and was unable to use it on our stay.
