Soufflé pancakes was something I've wanted to try for a while, they were nice and not what I expected. There's a very strong taste of egg to them, overall very fluffy. I would say they need to introduce Vegan friendly option(s) as all the options contain milk and lactose. We ordered octopus balls as an appetizer but received the pancakes first then the savoury which was odd. My friend who got the octopus balls was weirded out by them, due to the texture and the chunks of octopus in them also, how the tuna was moving around as if it was alive, which was hilarious 🤣 The staff are lovely but a little in your face sometimes which I didn't like. I was in earlier in the week to try their lunch menu, I enjoyed it but the matcha was bitter.

I ordered crople and strawberry lime tea. This is a cafe that Koreans will like. I liked it better because it wasn't overly sweet. There are Korean staff, so I think you can visit comfortably!

Nice place but getting asked to move tables 3x while you are there for less than an hour having food and drinks……

Very good food, and nice staff. However, it's very tight fitting between tables and the staff are a little slow and disorganised with service (ordering and paying).

The first time I went there was because a friend recommended it, so I tried the pearl milk tea, which was really good. I also ordered chicken steak. Many reviews said that the chicken steak is the same as the one in Taiwan (to be honest, the chicken steak is not bad, but it is different from Taiwanese chicken steak. I don’t understand why everyone says it is the same as Taiwanese chicken steak). Later, because the first experience was pretty good, I went to the store and bought bubble milk tea. When I drank it, I felt it tasted terrible. I planned to go home and adjust it myself, but then I decided to tell the store clerk. After trying it, the store clerk told me that they probably forgot to add sugar (no wonder it’s not sweet at all) Just added sugar and a bunch of ice cubes to what I originally drank and returned it to me👍🏻

Aboveground Coffee

03/04/2025: The best iced latte that I've had. Great cakes, sausage rolls and sandwiches. Loyalty stamps not easy to get on phone.
16/03/2025: First time out this way in a while found this spot couldn’t fault it. Always nice seeing a Dublin Roaster on the shelves. The coffee, milk temperature and service was all lovely will definitely be back!

Kerala Kitchen

02/05/2025: We dined in Kerala Kitchen years ago on a trip to Dublin and we've been talking about it ever since. Happily in May 2025 we returned to Dublin and were so pleased that our dinner in Kerala Kitchen was as good, if not better, than we remembered. 2 starters (gunpowder aloo chaat, chicken 65) were delicious. The chaat especially was so tasty....a mixture of fried potatoes, chickpeas, pomegranate in a aromatic dressing. The chicken 65 was spicier but very tasty. Our mains were some of the best authentic Indian cuisine we've had in Europe and definitely the best in Ireland. The special of Murgh Palak was devine. Although the colour was vibrant to an extreme, it was perfectly balanced with spice, sweet (not bitter despite a lot of spinach and spice). My partner had the chicken Andhra which was a delicate burst of flavours and it would please any palate. One basmati rice was too much for us and we also has 2 garlic naan. A lot of food! Our one regret was we couldn't finish it 🥲 Our server and reception staff were extremely friendly. A triumph of a dining experience. We can't wait to come back
13/04/2025: Really tasty Indian food – everything was full of flavor and nicely spiced. The staff were super friendly and the place has a chill, cozy vibe. Will definitely be back!
