Kambo in Dublin

Moved to Kiliney/Ballybrack 2 months ago and still sorting bits and bobs in the kitchen so Ive been (quickly) exploring Kambo's menu. The highlight for me is the Beef and Blackbean, but the ribs are a close second. The salt and chili chicken has brought me back to life many sunday afternoons. The szechuan sauce as a side is goregous and a shade better than when combined with a main dish (for whatever reason). Out of 40+ orders, I had an issue with 1 and it was quickly rectified without fuss despite me only mentioning it

I always order in Kambo. Usually almost every dish was good, just one isn’t. The Spice Bag is the best in the area, simply delicious. The Honey Ribs were amazing, zero flaws. The Szechuan Sauce King Prawns was also perfect, very tasty. The Beef Black Bean Sauce with Fried Rice was absolutely delicious, perfect. However, the 4 in 1 was disappointing: the chicken wasn’t crispy, and the rice and chips felt like they were made hours earlier. Everything was soggy and lacked flavor. I wouldn’t order it again. The other Asian dishes are great.

Great Chinese. Fresh and delicious food . Is my favourite take away.
