Delicious food at a good price. The prawns were amazing. The service was stellar. I booked a table for dinner for my partners birthday, they played happy birthday (at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb other diners) & brought him a slice of delicious chocolate cake with candle and all. It was a lovely touch and a great end to the fantastic meal. I look forward to eating here again soon.

This was probably the best Indian food I've ever had! Went with my parents one night after work, and none of us eat Indian very regularly, so it was nice to get authentic, passionately made food. I had the papri chaat to start, chicken makhani and boiled rice, and for dessert the selection of 3 traditional desserts. Every bite of the food was delicious, and the servers were really nice and helpful, my only issue was the atmosphere. Unfortunately a table next to us was incredibly loud and it was disrupting the entire restaurant, if it wasn't for this it would have been a 10/10 experience!

Fantastic food. All time favorite is loaded naan-chicken/paneer. It's sooo good!!! Their chai and cookies are also very authentic. I also tried Kale fitters with avocado, they have twisted regular indian recipes with local cuisine. Very innovative and tasted brilliant!

Worth the walk out of the city centre for a delicious curry. Lovely staff were very helpful. Wanted to see whether it was worth the 4.9 that the Google reviewers were giving it, and definitely think it is.

A more experimental Indian restaurant. Goat cheese in the naan. Pineapple sauce for the papadams. Affordable prices. It all works but I think I just prefer a more traditional place. Definitely still worth trying out.

Lovely Indian restaurant in D8. Ambience great, music on in the background, frank sinatra Ella Fitzgerald. Service really good, polite attentive staff. Food was delicious, one of the best we have had. Highly recommend .

SLICE

11/08/2025: Charming café with standout brunch and cake Slice is a delightful neighbourhood gem in Stoneybatter—cozy, stylish, and filled with the kind of charm you don’t find every day. The menu strikes a perfect balance between indulgent treats and healthier options, with highlights like fluffy pancakes, savory hash browns, or their unique “Pea & Avocado Rayu” toast. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, and the use of local ingredients—from Village Dairy milk to McNally’s organic veggies—adds an extra layer of care and flavour. The café itself is quaint yet cozy, offering a relaxed atmosphere that invites lingering over good food and even better coffee. The team behind Slice clearly knows what they’re doing—it’s approachable, well-executed food in a comfy, stylish setting. All in all, Slice is one of those rare cafés where brunch and cake meet with genuine heart and creativity. Highly recommend a visit—or two—for locals and visitors alike.

Tang (Cumberland Place)

29/07/2025: Coffee good, pastries fine for price, but dinner and breakfast are great and the lunch flatbreads are super delicious, seem healthy and really good value for money. Staff are all super sound.
28/07/2025: Great spot for vegan and vegetarian options with meaty choices for the less enlightened! Seems very popular for takeout. A few outside tables available but better hope that it's nice weather when taking that option.
