Kathmandu Kitchen in Dublin

Popped in the other day and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in ages. The starters were the stars: smoky chhoila, juicy steam momos, crispy salmon garlic pakora, and tender khasi ko bari kebab – all packed with flavour and spot on. The Himalayan curry with garlic naan was exceptional – rich, fragrant, and I scraped the bowl clean. Staff were super friendly and welcoming too. Keep it up guys!!!

It's very tasty. The price is reasonable. We think rice or naan should be included for the price.

I am from Spain and this is my second trip to Dublin. Just like on my first visit three years ago, I had to come back to Kathmandu, and it was just as amazing as I remembered. Even though we arrived close to closing time, Amit welcomed us with exceptional courtesy and warmth. We truly enjoyed our dinner; the food is unique and absolutely delicious. It is hands down some of the best food I've had. Thank you for another wonderful experience and for the great hospitality. Best regards from the two Rubens!

Charming place; the decor and music enhance the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food has a very authentic flavor—the touch of spice was perfect. They have lunch menus that combine a starter and a main course for under €19, which I think is a great option, and it changes daily.

I had a great experience at Kathmandu Kitchen 👌The chicken wings with Guinness were absolutely amazing — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The momo was also delicious, very authentic and fresh. What made the visit even better was the staff — super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and a warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back

Honestly, it was just an average experience—and I don’t think I fall into their target audience. The food felt quite bland and not up to the mark. Service was slow throughout. It took around 20 minutes just to get the table cleared, another 10 minutes before someone came to take our order, and then about 25 minutes for the food to arrive—even though it wasn’t a busy time. We ordered bhuna lamb, rice, and naan. The bhuna lamb was disappointing; instead of the expected rich, dark brown gravy, it tasted more like a butter chicken-style gravy. The naan was slightly hard and didn’t seem properly cooked. Even the complimentary papad was stale and soft. The ambience was just okay, and the service… well, best not to say much. Overall: 3/5 (and that’s being generous).

Delicious lamb rogan, excellent paneer, and fresh naans. Despite the restaurant being full, the dishes were served quickly. I recommend it!

Went there had a great momo !! Tasted exactly same like I used to have in Kathmandu! Was really happy ! Also the staff specifically the manager Amit was really warm and kind !!! Great service and food !!
