I visited the ground floor cafe today for breakfast and was looked after by the lovely lady at the Patisserie. She was very welcoming, efficient and professional. Thanks! This branch of Kay's is popular, clean, and seems to be very well organised.

Gave me order waiting 15 mins no sign. Went back up. Never made it. Forget what I ordered. Staff member found it hard to communicate as very little English.

I love Kays kitchen but don't understand why one slice of french toast is 7 euros. And it's priced separately from the breakfast option. Was excited ordering for pancake and was so disappointed it's the shop bought pancake! Seriously! I think they need to do better.

10/11/2024: Ordered a Nihari + some fries for takeaway at around 10pm and the order came within 15 minutes. The lamb in the Nihari was perfectly cooked and quite literally fell off the bone, the fat was also rendered off nicely. Food tasted amazing and I can't believe how quick the delivery was. 10/10 would recommend the Nihari.

25/09/2024: I recently visited this Korean BBQ restaurant, the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. They offer both BBQ and hotpot options for the buffet which was only €26/per person. The food selection was excellent! I booked for a group of 15, everyone left happy and full. The service was also great as the staff were attentive throughout.
21/09/2024: Everyone was super nice. Me and my friend came here for hot pot and it did not disappoint. It was €29 per person with unlimited meat and extras. Just note that if you come with a party of 2, it will be with small singular pots. If you are with either 3/4, you'll get a traditional pot.
