This is a wonderful bakery in Co. Kilkenny that I visit each time I’m in town. There are so many deliciously delectable options to satisfy your sweet tooth! I’ve picked up this cake a few times, Chester cake (which, I’ve heard in some other counties it has also been called gur cake-Dublin and gudge-Cork). Whatever you call it, come get it and try their other offerings!
