KFC in Athlone

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. There were 2 very very amazing people working- man Patrick and woman whos name I didn't see. They were so so nice to my children and me - nothing was too much for them. It was dream customer service for sure. Thank you both so much for making just a quick dinner in KFC for such a brilliant memory.

Fantastic experience in KFC athlone, dealt with Varkey and Adarsh who were extremely polite,friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery and it was made to perfection. I have also attended KFC Athlone and spoke with both varkey and adarsh who again were amazing to deal with. It's always lovely to see such happy people enjoying there work. It's 5 stars from for the food and the two amazing employees

Would have been given a 5 star rating for KFC Athlone. Unfortunately, it was the 25c deposit on the return seam that let the place down. I was charged the 25c on my drinks and guess what it's all old stock that's been sold . When I questioned this, I was told by the manager that "any bottle return would take it, and I would get my deposit back." The more I tried to explain, the bottle didn't have the R for the return and that you can't be charging deposit in the first place he kept showing me the barcode on the bottle. At that stage, I just lost all hope and asked for my money back for the deposit. Eventually, I got it back. The moral of the story is that KFC Athlone is charging 25c deposit on old stock and making a fortune from it .

Zingy burger was certainly zinging but my wife a good judge of chicken said it was very dry. Everything else extra fine 😁

I have only used the drive-thru but the girl serving needs to smile and say thank you she was proper miserable
