02/11/2024: Food was so delicious and the staff was very good had a great experience 👍

06/10/2024: Had a really strange experience. It's always been good in the past but last night the service was incredibly slow. We were waiting 40 minutes before we got our starter. Then we tried to order dessert but were told the power had gone out of the fridge? It came across like an excuse. An unusually bad experience for Gaylord.
