Great ambience, friendly service, good breakfast

Fantastic stop for food & refreshments after visiting Clonmacnoise religious site which is ten minutes away. Good choice of food on the menu and reasonably priced. Toilets 🚻 were spotless. Plenty parking in their own car park for cars & buses. Lots of historical information on the village "Shannonbridge" Our group of six loved the pub/restaurant

Wow wow wow. Called in today for a quick bite and a coffee. Met by a lovely member of the serving team, shown to a clean table with clean menus. Food arrived promptly and was hot and delicious. We were asked was everything alright or did we need anything else ? a rarity these days in my experience. Delighted to find attentive servers delivering great food in an "quirky" pub. You did yourselves proud. Thank you all very much - I just wish I lived closer....but the trip was well worth it 👏👏👏👏👏

We had a party of 7 for dinner yesterday evening and we were seated in the new area overlooking the Shannon. The new venue is absolutely beautiful and the service was great as always! The food was 10/10! Hats off to the chef - the curry was AMAZING!

We had a lovely evening in JJ Killeens , the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Drinks were very reasonable and the glasses sparkling clean. We had starters and mains and the food was excellent. We were a party of five and fair to say we enjoyed a very nice evening. Highly recommended and on our list for a return visit.

We visited killeens last Saturday. We had a lovely meal, a few drinks, and listened to the live band that was playing. We also had breakfast there the next morning. The food was amazing, the staff were very professional and friendly. Loved every minute ❤️.
