Kings Bay Inn in Arthurstown

We had a beautiful Sunday breakfast here sitting outside looking out towards Waterford when we had friends visiting. Sunday breakfast is from 10-12 and includes classic breakfasts like full Irish, pancakes, poached eggs, etc.

Great place for food. It was very busy when we called in for dinner and also the next morning for breakfast. Food is great service is very good and rhe view outside tops of the great experience we had here

Nice food resonably priced. Quaint old pub.

Given this was the only place around that was open, I wasn't expecting much. But the food was genuinely great, despite taking over an hour to get the table. Really fresh, home made food though.

Second time back to the Kings Bay Inn and both times food hasn't let us down. Brie and Pasta dishes were 5*, lovely people, great music and atmosphere. Great work

Great food, large portions, inexpensive, small selection, menu varies, dishes you won't find anywhere else.

We were here last July and very satisfied – this year it's even better!! The menu isn't huge, but they have dishes you won't find anywhere else. The portions are large and reasonably priced! We were very happy again! The seating area in the courtyard is charming and quiet.

Absolutely beautiful place to visit and food is amazing and very reasonable in price great service and lovely atmosphere there and beautiful view if you choose to sit out the front will visit here again for sure and would highly recommend it 😀

Huge portion sizes but seems to be more quantity over quality. The pasta was over cooked which I expected to be honest as is common across Ireland, but the sauce itself was so bland even adding lots of my salt and pepper didn’t save it. We waited over an hour for food and nobody came to check on us to see if the food was alright etc once we were finally served. I did overhear them tell someone it was a 40 min wait for food as we were leaving - this would have been good to know or update us as they kept bringing cutlery, sauces etc randomly and making us think our food was coming then nothing lol Seemed like a cosy bar for a drink, I only say one person in the kitchen so maybe that was the problem - don’t like leaving poor reviews but had high hopes from reading the others on here, so hopefully was just an off day
