We are 3 friends who share birthdays within days of each other. We have been meeting for dinner in Kirbys to mark the occasion for over 10 years. There is a varied and vast menu that caters to all dietary requirements. Portions are generous. Staff are extremely friendly and super efficient. My two friends had hake, and I had the warm chicken salad. Absolutely devine. Wonderful selection of desserts. We spent the evening chatting and eating. Such a relaxing atmosphere and no pressure to vacate the table. I took a takeaway main portion of chicken wings home to my husband and son. They were devoured in minutes. The fact that the three of us return every year speaks volumes. I can't recommend Kirbys Korner highly enough.
Remarkable! We were leaving the Blarney Castle and wanted to grab a quick lunch. Well, the service was quick, but not rude. Perfectly attentive! The food was a fresh as if it came out of my own kitchen. And so savory! We were blown away. Didn't expect such artistry from a small, out-of-the-way place! It's worth a stop!! My husband got the Sirloin beef something and I had the seafood pie! Top notch, best meals we've had on this Emerald Island so far!

It was very enjoyable on a cold,wet, windy afternoon. Staff are pleasant and helpful with suggestions regarding food on the Menu. Food delicious. However, as in most restaurants lately. Dessert expensive
