Kodiak in Rathmines offers a great atmosphere, impressive architecture, and an excellent beer selection. However, my experience was ruined by a waiter aggressively shouting to push customers out, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming vibe. Management should address this issue to maintain the bar’s otherwise inviting ambiance. (2/3/25)

This is the best bar in Rathmines and possibly in Dublin. As a local we come here frequently. There is a great selection of beer, a proper pizza oven and all the staff are super friendly and professional.

It's a nice spot with good food and decent drinks. I would recommend booking a table in advance however as it's quite difficult to find a spot to sit as nearly every table is booked. Staff are friendly, music is good and overall the venue is clean and stylish. Service is good, quick. Prices are a little high but fairly standard for the area.
