Just left the restaurant now. The food was good but the service is so slow. The drinks menu is terrible. Could not order a decent glass of white wine, had to buy a bottle.

In an area full of excellent Indian restaurants, Konkan still manages to stand out for its great prices. The food is delicious and varied. The food is surprisingly heavy and portions are huge - so you'll almost certainly have enough leftovers for another full meal the next day. This is a small and very popular restaurant, so a reservation is always a good idea. They do takeaway too.

08/10/2024: Had a takeaway which included a chicken tikka masala and a chicken jalfriezi with the smokey potatoes and pilau rice. This is our first time trying it and OMG it is the best Indian I have ever tried. The tikka masala had flavours that were incredible and the jalfriezi a smokey and spicy flavour to die for. You have to try the potatoes too...amazing. Will be returning to sit in and enjoy this in the restaurant. Thank you so much all at Vermillion.

Kerala Kitchen

10/11/2024: Consistently top quality food & thoughtful friendly service, for either takeaway or casual dining. Good veg & vegan options too. Good music although for me the base notes were distractingly powerful. Ok seating.
03/11/2024: I loved it here, I really loved it here. The food was delicious and really big portions, staff were lovely and friendly. I got the Kerala coconut, very good! I will come back back the next time I'm in dublin!
