Great restaurant with Brazilian food right in the center of Dublin, good price and very good service.

I'm Nilson, and on the last Friday of the year I went to the restaurant for dinner for the first time. And I can only thank you for the excellent service and the wonderful food. For me, the best barbecue in Dublin. Thank you very much to everyone who works there.

I was at this restaurant in Dublin on a Sunday, during an unexpected visit to the city with my boyfriend. We arrived without a reservation and informed them of this at the entrance. The waiter said he would check availability and asked us to wait. Visually, there were several free tables in the dining room. After a few minutes, he returned informing us that there were no tables available and that it would not be possible to serve us. We accepted the answer, but the way it was said didn't sound very welcoming. Upon leaving the restaurant, I went to the website and noticed that there were several available times for immediate reservation, which indicated that tables were indeed available at that moment. We made the reservation online and returned to the restaurant. Upon seeing us, the same employee commented to another colleague something like "they made the reservation," in an annoyed tone, which was quite uncomfortable to hear as a customer. From then on, the service from this specific employee continued to be cold and unprofessional: the menus were placed on the table without any interaction, the table was indicated from a distance, near the entrance, without any accompaniment or cordiality. I would like to highlight that other team members were polite and helpful, which shows that the restaurant has potential and good professionals. Unfortunately, the attitude of this particular employee ended up significantly compromising the overall experience. Regarding the food, the meats were a little undercooked for our taste, but still tasty. I leave this comment as constructive feedback. I believe that a more cordial service, especially at reception, makes all the difference in the customer experience and better represents the quality that the restaurant can offer.
