We came here after a long day of hiking and we were expecting ok-ish pasta and pizza, but we were wrong! This place has amazing food. The minute my risotto was gone I regretted not having more of it (although the portion was already generous). And they have Luxarno in their digestives menu! Well recommended.
Walking through the village, there aren't many options nearby, but even though I hadn't planned on eating Italian food when I came to Ireland, I have to admit I had a very good meal at this restaurant.
The welcome was pleasant, as was the service, and the focaccia served as an amuse-bouche was a nice touch. The wine was also very good. The Irish coffee was excellent too!
Lovely experience. Food was so fresh and tasty. Lovely local ingredients. The pesto and tortellini were incredible. Really nice, friendly attentive staff. Highly reccomend
