Really excellent quality and consistent. I travel to Sligo frequently and I make it a priority to get brioche for the kids plus any assortment of pastries, sausage roles, and jambons.

22/02/2026: We called in at lunch time on a Sunday, we asked did they serve gluten free rolls. They did, the guy working was very helpful. He sanitised the prep area, regloved, was super polite and seemed to be very mindful about cross contamination which is very much appreciated. My son enjoyed his roll and is looking forward to returning.
