From the moment you open the box, you can smell the freshness real butter, high-quality pistachios, and perfectly baked layers. It’s not overly sweet or dry; the syrup balance is spot on, and every bite just melts in your mouth. It’s been a long time since I’ve had baklava of this quality in Ireland. You can truly taste the care, skill, and tradition in every single layer. I served it to guests and everyone loved it they all asked where it was from. Ella’s Heaven is not just about desserts; it’s about consistency, cleanliness, and top-level quality. I can confidently say this is the best baklava in Ireland.
