A traditional and authentic pub. Very quiet and classic. Perfect for enjoying a good pint and a quiet chat.

July 2025 update: place refurbished last Nov. Has lost it's special 80's charm. It's now like a bar you'll find in any airport. What a shame. Staff still v. good, but surprise surprise, there are less of them. This place is a gem. Very well kept, inside & out. It's a clean and comfortable pub from the 80's/ 90's era with professional & (quietly) friendly staff that have been here for years. On top of this, the Guinness is Great! 😊 Definitely worth a visit if you are close by. & now I'm back in one of my favourite Dublin pubs 😊

Great pints! Decent toasties too. Perfect Dublin City pub.

Great selection of beers including Kinnegar and To Øl, nicely laid out bar, lovely warm atmosphere, topped off with staff that were engaging with all the customers, great spot.
