Leopardstown Inn in Dublin

The food is quite good since the renovation, but it feels incredibly hectic inside. We were waiting over an hour for our dinner and it is incredibly loud and crammed inside now. I appreciate they are going down the restaurant route rather than the pub that was there before, but it feels like it's lost a large amount of its charm now.

If you're ordering food being a sandwich, it takes a while to arrive.

A great place, I really enjoy coming here. It has a restaurant and a bar. After the recent renovation, it's completely refreshed! Yes, prices have gone up, but it's definitely worth it.

I wouldn’t rush back to the restaurant since it’s reopening to be honest. First of all, it is such a loud environment, we were sat at a table of 6 and the people on opposite ends of the table couldn’t hear each other. It just isn’t a nice atmosphere. It’s quite an expensive menu for what it is, the food was good but nothing excellent. The wings were very good. But €12 for a sausage roll? Bit mad. Unfortunately, the cocktails were terrible, probably the worst I’ve had in a while. We ordered a margarita, espresso martini and a whiskey sour and I was questioning whether there was alcohol added to any of them. Our waitress was very nice, and the service was good, just a bit of a wait on the drinks. Overall, I would return to the bar area for a few drinks but the restaurant was only okay.

I appreciate it's only been reopened a week but at these prices the issues should be addressed. Website says Sunday there will be a roast dinner option. There was no roast option. The food was very good and can't fault it but the uplift in prices and reduced menu is quite a surprise for a neighbourhood pub. The locals like us who are here at least twice or 3 times a month pre renovation will baulk at the significant price increases and menu reduction. Also one vegetarian choice of main is very poor in these times. Service requires attention. We were twice brought drinks to our table we didn't order and had a significant wait between asking for bill and eventually getting a payment machine (only when we stood up to take bill to a bar to pay was one brought to us.)./ I believe all these issues are fixable but service needs to be tighter and addressed to justify the issues I found today at the average price per meal for a suburban pub

A delightful date night at the newly renovated Inn! The food was exceptionally delicious, atmosphere was charming and energetic, and the staff were wonderful. Many thanks to Annmarie especially for a lovely evening!

Visited after it reopened in Sept. The food was great, but the wings have changed from what the used to be and there's no celery sticks with them anymore. Due to the new layout/floor plan the noise level is really high, so it's not as relaxing as it used to be in there. My watch even notified me of the high noise level after being there for around 15 mins, for context we visited at 5pm. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Was here for a private function. Great room and staff
