Food could do with a good up to date chef. Had the fish in batter just really bad and oily mess. Get a good chef. Place ok other than that.

First time visit for over 30 years after growing up in the area. Brilliant customer service, great beers and great beer garden. Brings back the Avoca hockey memories, well worth a visit.

Had a family meal there today. Food and service was excellent. New chef is a great addition to a fantastic local pub. I had fresh scampi, delicous. Pil pil prawns also very good.

I love eating at the wishing well. It's amazing atmosphere, warm and cosy. Food from the carvery is fresh and well presented. Please bring back the home made brown bread.

03/04/2024: Unique gothic style pub in Dublin under Tara St Station. Something different. Moretti was good. Beer prices are fairly high as with all pubs in city centre.
03/04/2024: Quite a unique but vibrant bar with a great atmosphere. The drinks here are the cheapest around and the decor is lovely. You can just about hear the trains above but it wouldn't be annoying.
