Wonderful food and amazing service

Unfortunately we couldn't dine here because the kitchen closes at 20:30. I misunderstood that the last kitchen order was at that time, so we rushed to get there by then but alas, no food gets served after that hour, so I suppose you would need to order by 20:00. This is common in this area, so if you want to dine in/around Bunbeg, then it must be early. Having arrived from Italy, we were still on a "late eating" schedule. Our mistake but disappointed all the same due to its obvious family history.

This was a lucky stop for food on our drive. Food was fantastic, and the Guinness was the best I've had. Sadly we had to drive on before the music started. We are already planning to go back and stay near by for that. Staff are welcome wonderful here also.

I was there early for dinner. I couldn't fault a thing, the pub is lovely and cosy, the staff were lovely and the food was amazing! I had the mussels to start and they were delicious. I have the fish and chips for main, the batter was lovely and light and loads of chunky white fish.

Leo’s Tavern in Meenaleck, County Donegal! A traditional Irish pub with a rich musical heritage, it helped launch the careers of legendary artists like Enya, Clannad, and Moya Brennan. It was amazing to see some of Enya’s awards displayed on the walls and experience a place so deeply connected to Ireland’s musical roots.

A casual yet pleasant experience at this Irish pub. Very friendly staff and a wide selection of gluten-free and alcohol-free beers on tap. Live Irish music on Wednesdays and Saturdays, a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

Had the most amazing fish and chip here recently. One of my most ordered dishes when I'm out. 10/10 and the service was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, smiling and chatty.
