Absolutely fantastic experience at Lettuce Eat in Swinford. They are incredibly accommodating when it comes to allergies and food intolerances, taking the time to listen carefully and make sure everything is suitable. It is genuinely the place to eat when you have dietary restrictions and still want to feel confident and included. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and clearly prepared with great care. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout. It is rare to find somewhere that combines such excellent allergy awareness with food that looks and tastes amazing. Highly recommended — we will definitely be returning!

Lettuce Eat is one of our favourite places to eat in Mayo. I usually bring my kids, and there's always something for everyone. They do all the usual café food like sandwiches, omelettes and roast dinners, but they also make homemade Chinese dishes, which are absolutely gorgeous. The Chinese food is honestly different from anywhere else I've tried – full of flavour and always fresh.The service is always warm and welcoming, and Helen, the owner, is lovely. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel at home. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's the kind of place you can call into any time of day and know you'll leave happy. We always look forward to our next visit.

I absolutely love the paintings and decor here—they give the restaurant such a warm and cozy vibe! As for the food, my favorites are the wraps and the chicken curry rice. Just a heads-up: the portions are incredibly generous! Highly recommended.
