Liberties Gate Bar & Restaurant in Dublin

This place had the best meal out of my entire stay in Ireland. The fried goat cheese and radish was incredible. It worked perfectly together and was so interesting. I wish I could eat that all the time. The ravioli was delicious as well! Creamy and light. The steak here was fantastic, along with the onion rings. This place makes you wish for larger portions! The atmosphere was also beautiful, with tons of book shelves, gentle lighting, and live music at dinner time. It was a 5 minute walk from my hotel, perfect for a relaxing dinner.

Better than average but for the most part a Standard hotel restaurant

Ate here whilst staying at the hotel and was impressed by every dish I had. The chef has clearly put a lot of thought into balancing the flavours. Food was beautifully presented, just the right portion and tasted delicious. Over our stay I had the burger, onion rings, pan fried cod, poached pear and pancake stack. Would happily have any of the dishes again.

The service was excellent, a grate place to enjoy Dublin

The seafood pie was absolutely delicious. As was the curry of the day. The vegetable accompaniment was also perfection. Good service, reasonable prices and a nice location.
