Absolutely love this hotel. We always go here before games in The Aviva and if we are lucky enough to get an availability, we stay as well. Food is outstanding. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is electric before and after the games. Best spot in D4

Beautiful and luxurious hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Only a shame about showering in the bathtub.

Everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. A 4-minute walk from the train to the city center.

Was a pleasant experience in the hotel. We stayed for 2 days, staffs were very kind, pleasant and helpful. I have to recognise the service of the lady with Romanian origin in the reception (sorry, I forgot her name) was extremely pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel

This is a lovely clean comfortable hotel. Beds comfortable, rooms quiet shower great, staff helpful and friendly. Close to train station to go into city, very close to Avida stadium, very nice café just down the road around corner. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great service, easy to reach from Dart and good service. Nicely decorated hotel and room The ventilation was not good, and it got really warm. On the TV the hotel described how they are working sustainable but we still got new towels every day even though we put out the do not disturb sign.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's two train stops from the city center with the DART from Landsdown Road or with the C1/C2 bus from Tritonville Road, Sandymount towards Adamstown. It costs €2 per adult, €0.90 per child. Cash only on the bus! Or Leapcard. Cashless payment expected from 2028. The rooms are very clean. The waitresses are more attentive, as are the waiters in the evening. The latter forget the child seat, the dessert—all unskilled staff, in my opinion. Coordination between them is poor; there's always someone else at the table. The bar staff didn't recognize the chip for a free drink. The tables were completely cleared, and then people left sitting for 20 minutes without asking. The head waiter at the entrance needs to coordinate the many support staff better. The food is good to very good—prices are reasonable. The reception seems friendly and competent, and special requests are accommodated. Nearly 80 free parking spaces are available on the hotel grounds. Free street parking is also available on weekends. When there's a rugby, football, or concert at the Aviva Stadium, the parking situation is critical. It's a great, quiet residential area. The beach and playground are within walking distance.
