Little Bird, coffee & yoga in Dublin

​Little Bird Yoga Studio is an incredible place—I have honestly never seen a studio so well-equipped. The room itself is gorgeous, with high ceilings and so much space to simply breathe. ​The class with Hannah as an instructor ---->>> priceless. She teaches with such intuition, ease, and just the right amount of gentle challenge. Her deeply meditative, movement-based practice made all the difference—I arrived feeling as heavy as a ton of coal and left feeling light as a feather.

I just had a really lovely yoga class with elena and because of this I can’t leave anything but a 5 star review. However, can I please ask you to change your Google profile? I had hoped to have lunch after the class, but discovered that your lovely cafe has closed and has been taken over by a bakery, which no longer sells food🥲 I looked again at your Google page it it now just lists yoga, but you still have lots of photos from your cafe days with all the food. I hate to say this, but it’s really mid-leading 🥴
