Little Dumpling 小四川 in Dublin

Busy, Bustling Chinese restaurant. The menu has changed from street food to more traditional Chinese eating. The food is fabulous and the dumplings are excellent. The staff are also really helpful

Cold inside restaurant on a cold and wet day in Dublin, took 20 mins for 1 pint of tiger after ordering, but good was delicious!

Great food. Good quantity. Lemon chicken and crispy schezuan pepper options are great. The dimsums with chilly oil are fabulous!

I would definitely return, the waitresses are very friendly, the spicy beef noodle soup for €13 is totally worth it, you won't finish it

Loads of options, big portions and good service, with more than reasonable prices. We went for an early lunch and it was perfect, it did start to get a bit noisy after a while but that's normal.

We were 4 people and were craving dumpling so the choice of the restaurant was obvious for us. We ordered one spice bag to share, one dish of smashed cucumber and different type of dumplings (beef, chicken, squid ink/prawn, and duck) The service was impeccable, quick and efficient, the waitress was very nice as well. The mood of the restaurant is pretty cozy and makes you feel very comfortable. For the food, the spice bag was good, a little lack of spices I would say but generous with the fries, I would have love a bit more chicken but no scandal here. Smash cucumber is perfect to share, care if you don’t like spicy. And finally the main part : the dumplings. I have to admit I was a little bit disappointed with the dumplings, they are very generous but the taste has nothing impressive, lacks a little bit of taste but they are not bad either. Definitely does the job but I expected more for a restaurant named little dumplings. If you just look for something simple that comes quick, it’s still worth your money, for 4 people we paid ~20€ pp.

Food was delicious. Yuk sung was a treat.

I’ve been here so many times for dumplings, it never disappoints! I’ve enjoyed all the dumplings I’ve tried, and also recommend the prawn toasts and nutella dumplings.

10/10 will definitely be back for more.
