Little Venice in Dublin

The food and the atmosphere of Little Venice was lovely. The waiters all the way through the meal were great and very helpful. We were a party of 6 and after our meal we tried to pay individually but they said it wasn’t possible. There was no prior warning saying that groups couldn’t pay individually. We were told quite rudely it would take ‘too much time’ but then she proceeded to split the bill 6 ways anyways, just not accurately. As college students, we were struggling to figure out how to pay altogether. We would advise for larger parties to be prepared to pay as a group. Additionally, there was an €12 service fee that we were completely unaware of added to our total. Overall, good food, nice staff but communication was poor :)

Staff service was amazing and the place itself is nice. The down side is that in terms of their food. The stake had no flavour at all, the lasagna didn't taste like it was homemade, chips cold and soft, didn't seem fresh. Great staffs but with bad food, they cant do much help it out.

service, waiters, etc. were at a very high level, as were as the starters desserts... but the products and main courses (ravioli, ham and chicken on pizza) tasted like they were from a supermarket, unfortunately

Just back from a wonderful meal at little venice, we where there for my grandson's communion dinner, the foods was excellent, but the staff where amazing from the table service to the owner of the restaurant, they made it feel so special for him from one of the staff making a rose from a paper napkin, to the owner who gave my grandson and 2 other little children also making the first communion a small but extremely significant jesture of a small present and a card, I would recommend anyone thinking of having a meal there be it for communion or any other occasion or just a quiet dinner, to book little venice you will not be disappointed this is a ten out of ten restaurant, I want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff and owner for making my grandson's day even more special thank you all again

Had a lovely time, had to call twice to re-arrange the time for a booking due to breakdown on the m50, thry were very understanding. The staff were very attentive. Alex made a beautiful rose from a napkin for my daughter. Food was lovely and well presented. Just to note that even while waiting for the food I noticed how spotless the cutlery was, big bonus! Really enjoyable night with the family, prices very reasonable and can't wait to go back. Can't recommend enough 👌
