Maximilians Bistro in Dublin

Two of us shared three starters and one mains in the downstairs part ( Taste of Italy) at lunnchtime. The minestrone was piping hot but lacked flavour. The polpette marchigiana (meatballs) were so compressed that it was impossible to taste them. The brushetta was fine. The best thing, by far, was the tagliatelle pollo i fungi - it was taste and delicious. The staff were professional, hardworking, and very pleasant. Although my first visit was disappointing, especially after all the great reviews, so I will give it another try, perhaps when upstairs is open. By the way, it was very weird that you had to request access to the loo which was upstairs!

Recommended nice Italian kitchen

Got a gift voucher for a meal here and was one of the nicest meals in a long time.lovely atmosphere ,prawn pil pil was delicious and huge portions, lamb shank cooked to perfection,fillet steak delicious, espresso desert so unusual and tasty.i have recommended to everyone and will return very soon. The staff were so friendly and attentive.

All the time when we want to have a good lunch or dinner, we choose this restaurant! Every time I try something new from the menu and all the time I get a better and better dish! Can recommend enough ❤️
