One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Ireland! The crab claws were fantastic, and the seafood chowder was one of the best I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot)! Plus, it has a cozy pub atmosphere, and the service is very friendly.
Food was excellent. Chowder was rich with every spoon full of seafood. The wings were as good as they should be - crispy and covered in a buffalo sauce that had just the right amount of butter. The two mains we got was the rutland sizzler and one of the specials for the night which was the whole Sea bass with roast garlic butter. The steak was great but I have to say the sea bass topped with the roast garlic butter and a squeeze of lemon, tasted incredible. For dessert we got the apple pie which I highly recommend.
Fabulous place!! Food is amazing. Holly was the sweetest host. The crab claw and prawn col au vent was EPIC. Proper throw back to my childhood. The chowder was wonderful too, but the open prawn cocktail sandwich was to die for!!
Would HIGHLY recommend 💚
A quaint and charming pub with a good menu and reasonable prices. Seafood and other delicious dishes. A nice alternative for dinner when traveling in Donegal.
Un restaurant accueillant où manger des fruits de mer, malheureusement servis en starters et non en plat principal. Atmosphère familiale et agréable avec un service très attentif. Une halte de choix.
