Loose Canon in Dublin

Great place! The cheese there is amazing! Get the charcuterie board with meat and cheeses! And definitely try all of the sandwiches! Love the wine selection as well love that there was different varietals that we could try! Keep it up Loose Canon Cheese team! Thank you!

Very expensive ! The place is cool, the wine is good, the cheese plate was interesting (21€). I know cheese is expensive so I don’t mind. I don’t know if these are Dublin standards but 13€ for a glass 🥲ouch. I had a good time tho. For glasses it’s perfect. I believe the uncork fee of 15€ is a bit much. Perfect for one or two glasses but wouldn’t spend a whole evening there

Great toasties and a nice cheese selection.. can only knock them for putting their wines in direct sunlight, we would have picked up a few bottles if this hadn’t been the case

After a week in Ireland, this came away as my top lunch spot. The toasties, wine, and cheeses were all incredible. I only had a few days in Dublin and I ate here more than once!

It took a little time to find a seat but it’s totally worth the wait. I loved the wine selection and the ham and cheese toastie was delicious!

A little wine spot with cute aesthetics and an interesting wine selection. For a wine shop, it would be nice to see a broader range of regions and styles, with a few more options across both Old and New World producers. Plus some tasting notes and quality of wine next to the menu & on the bottles on the shelf would be a plus. Seating is quite limited, with a few high stools inside and some tables outside, and prices per glass are a little higher than market average. Overall, a nice spot to try for yourself if you’re around to stop for a glass of wine. Didn’t get a chance to try the cheese board, maybe next time!

Really nice LGBTQ-friendly spot. The Italian red wine was really nice and priced reasonably. Possibility to sit on Drury street is good too.

Sat outside watching the world go by. Had a smashing bottle of Rose. Paid around 35 for the bottle and then 15 for the corkage which was dissapointing.
