Only had a quick look as it was Eddie's Dive bar but didn't buy anything as didn't have cash. Staff were friendly.

I was in at the Iron Maiden, Eddie's Dive bar. It was busy, and the service was quick despite that. Staff were nice. I was chatting to one after he was saying loads of people were coming in to see it and enjoy the Maiden theme. The bar, they have loads of spaces to go, a smoking area, and a large upstairs bar music venue, which had an Iron Maiden tribute band playing. They have a few non alcoholic beers. I had a really nice Guinness 0.0.

This is one of the very few venues with a backstage. We were performing last month there and there were three bands, there was no issue with space for kit and so on. The place was class. Apparently expensive beers but I don't know because I didn't drink there as was driving.

I frequent Lost Lane on Mondays, and I consider it one of the best options for a Monday night out. The drinks are half-price, the bartenders are quick and proactive, and the music is what keeps me coming back whenever I can. The lighting creates an amazing atmosphere, making it a great experience. Although it can get pretty hot due to the large crowd, it’s still a lot of fun. I highly recommend the club, especially for those who enjoy great music and a lively environment!

Nightclub located in the heart of downtown. Neither too big nor too small. The drinks are a bit fair for the price. Security checks and safe place. Difficult access for people with reduced mobility.

Butlers Chocolate Café, Wicklow Street

30/05/2025: Great little spot for a quick coffee and nice chocolate. The cashier, Priya, was lovely, smiling and very helpful, thank you!
26/05/2025: Review for Butler’s Chocolate Café ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Butler’s Chocolate was definitely an interesting (and tasty) experience! We stopped in for the famous hot chocolate, though to be honest, I didn’t think it was the main star of the show. Some of the small chocolates, though? Absolutely delicious. I’m a big fan of salted caramel, but honestly, everything in the display case looked like it belonged in a fancy dessert magazine. To their credit, they start the hot chocolate by ladling melted chocolate straight from a crockpot—which, let’s be real, is how all hot chocolate should begin. I got the marshmallow version, and the family ordered the standard Butler’s hot chocolate. I’ll admit it: family for the win... the classic was better! Overall, it was a fun, cozy experience and one I’d recommend everyone try at least once. Chocolate lovers, this is definitely your happy place!
