A nice restaurant where we received friendly service. The menu was very varied and the food (vegetarian curry) was extremely delicious. The prices were absolutely reasonable, and they even offered gluten-free options.

Had a great chat with the owners. A decent and well run establishment. Great food. My wife was coerced into the pasta and prawns. Really good. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely lunch at the Lough Avoul Inn, we ordered the lobster and it was delicious! It was caught locally in Glengarriff and was so fresh and cooked beautifully, and was dressed with an exceptional sauce. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome.

16/06/2024: Very good address, warm boss, impeccable service, great food. Our 5* cabbages, cod and lasagna. The only downside for us are these huge screens with sports.

17/08/2025: Catching a flight to Màlaga, needed food because we would be landing late, lovely simple menu but has everything you need, Fairly reasonably priced, wait time between 15 to 25 minutes, lovely food, you scan a QR and order online so no confusion, would definitely recommend
12/08/2025: I visited the Sheridan Bar with some friends I was traveling around with at the time. We hadn’t had a drink in several months and when stopped to layover at the Shannon airport in the middle of the night, so excited for the first drink in a while, and they were closed right then. Well, the hospitable Irish weren’t about to let us go thirsty, so they opened it right up for us. I was so impressed I made my way back a few years later so I could show it to my wife.
