Loughbawn in Killeshandra

The owner was so lovely. He saw my elderly mother enter the hotel and he led us into the restaurant where he sat us near the fire. A lovely friendly waitress came to take our order and the drinks and food were delicious. Lovely hot, tasty, freshly cooked homemade food. Lamb and turkey & ham were delicious. The sherry trifle was delicious also. Could not fault anything. The owner came to our table on two occasions to find out how everything was. The waitress gave us chips and garlic potatoes as an extra with our main course. The portions are very generous and the prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoyed our Sunday lunch very much indeed. Rita. (Co. Sligo)

Dropped in for some food . Very accommodating staff and the Sunday dinner was lovely and pints . Definitely drop in again

We tried the specials board, glad we did. Roast beef dinner. The slices were really thick and meal tasting tasted great. 4 empty plates says it all.

Great food, good beer and a wonderful landlord.
