Alway polite staff, takeaway immaculate and nice food

Stopped off here for something to eat during a recent road trip. The chips were the best I've ever tasted. Cooked to perfection. Fast efficient service. Would definately stop again if I happen to be in the area.

We ordered 5x fish and chips meal with drinks never got 5th drink, fish usually come with lemon not this time, fish was cold and smelled, chips were soggy and few of them were overcooked. Not really happy and very disappointed.

When you order food, you'd expect that order to be in the bag they give you. It's ridiculous you wait 25 mins for the order, you get the order, drive home, set the table, empty the bag and discover your order isn't there...in this case a €6.20 burger. I counted 7 employees behind the counter and STILL they eff up! If you can't get an order correct you shouldn't be working there! UPDATE:: David from Lyons was in contact with me and generously reimbursed me €12.80 for my missing order, so my rating went from 1 star to 3 stars, mainly for good customer service.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly!

I had a triple cheese burger, it was delicious with the sauce and melted cheese!! The portion of chips was huge and satisfying! Its absolutely good for it's value.

Writing this review for Lyons in Dungarvan....it was my second visit and went for the same thing again, the Double Deluxe meal, and it was lovely, the difference between their burgers and most places locally is night and day, and the chips were spot on too.

I got to order the Taco chips, it was delicious and satisfying after a long day of work!

Appalling service, they forgot my order and left me standing for 30mins. I had to remind them I was still waiting. Chaotic service. The new app didn't work either so I couldn't order online. Never again
