M O'Brien in Dublin

One of the old classic pubs in Dublin hasn't changed over the year's. Nice place to meet for a chat and pint with friends

Lovely spot in Ballsbridge, especially with the sun splitting the stones today! Great buzz around the place, loads of people out enjoying the day. Big shoutout to the French barman, Nino — sound fella, really attentive and great bit of chat too. Fair play to him, poured a spot-on pint of Smithwick’s — not bad at all for a French lad! Cheers for the great service, Nino.

Couldn't be faulted on our visit, service was prompt and friendly despite it being very busy. The toilets were clean.

Stumbled upon this gem of a pub few weeks ago. Was treated to an amazing pint of Guinness. Just to be sure that wasn't a one off thing, I decided to go back and check again. Ladies and gents, I can honestly say that this is the notes, creamiest pint of Guinness you will have in Dublin. I have tried all the obvious points of interest in Dublin, and M. O'Brien's consistently delivers, in comparison to all other places. On top of that, place has a great atmosphere and even better, staff is friendly, and absolute delight to talk to. I think I've found my forever pub. Don't sleep on this one. No food, but that's not really an issue, since you have a few restaurants literally across the road.
