M O'Brien in Dublin

Stumbled upon this gem of a pub few weeks ago. Was treated to an amazing pint of Guinness. Just to be sure that wasn't a one off thing, I decided to go back and check again. Ladies and gents, I can honestly say that this is the notes, creamiest pint of Guinness you will have in Dublin. I have tried all the obvious points of interest in Dublin, and M. O'Brien's consistently delivers, in comparison to all other places. On top of that, place has a great atmosphere and even better, staff is friendly, and absolute delight to talk to. I think I've found my forever pub. Don't sleep on this one. No food, but that's not really an issue, since you have a few restaurants literally across the road.

My wife an I walked into the bar after a nice dinner and had an excellent evening. The guys running the place we chill and on point with their drinks (which is hard to find in ireland)

Generations pub, been drinking there for 56 years.

Any time I have been, there has been a great buzz about the place. The last visit, they were understaffed but they coped well. Go for the atmosphere.

Perfect way station on our trek south after an evening in town. Lively bar with good beer.
