Ma Hogans Bar in Limerick

Great pub in the heart of the city Staff make this pub Great pint ...very friendly crowd going here What more can you ask for...

I didn't eat there but went for some Guinness and Irish whiskey, good selection and even better service, great people

A lovely welcoming bar, has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, has a fireplace inside. Rob in particular is a brilliant barman but all staff are friendly and helpful. Thursdays and Fridays tend to have a guitar singer. It’s a great pub for evening drinks to be able to catch up with people. There is no television.

We stopped in on the warmest day of the year to grab a pint and cool off for a bit while checking out Limerick. Rob our bartender greeted us warmly and took great care of us while we enjoyed our drinks. Rob chatted with us while we drank and we enjoyed the conversation. He shared some history of the bar and provided us some wonderful recommendations for local shops and dining. Do yourself a favor if you’re in Limerick and visit Ma Hogans to grab a pint and a chat. This was fun, and the barman couldn't have been more adorable (and he helped me fix my Gaelge!) We sat out front and people-watched, and there was certainly plenty to watch! The Guinness was great, too!

We jumped in here after a wander around Limerick, and what an amazing place. Lots of history, great host (Rob) and the ales and ciders are amazing. Felt like a real home from home place. Lots of nostalgia in there too with lots of of the ciggie and beer adverts. Fab place

Have been coming here a while and everytime iv had an amazing time. The staff are brilliant and so friendly. Iv had so many chats with them while at the bar and it really adds to the friendly vibe. Highly recommend everyone come here. Nice vibe, nice staff everything you could want!

The staff are so welcome, such a fun vibe, defo recommend coming here! A treat for any one that comes to Limerick!
