I ordered a donner kebab and chips with salt and vinegar, when I got home and opened the bag there was a beef burger and plain chips. Not sure how this messed up as there was one other customer and 6 visible staff members in the shop. Staff are normally very good and the food delicious. Have been going here for years and this is the first issue I've had with them
