Great place, and I would visit more often, but the music is just way too loud after a certain point in the evening! (Coming from someone in their 20s) My friends and I would stay longer if this wasn't the case.

Favorite for sure... Decoration, atmosphere, top-notch service.. And very, very good food.. Especially the stew and the chocolate fondant.. I recommend.

Popped in for a take away bowl of Irish stew on a chilly & wet day. Service was pleasant and fast. We need up sitting undercover outside to eat. Delightful

Cocktail menu is great. Some Irish specials which are delicious. The staff ist very friendly, helpful and pay attention to every customer. We enjoyed our stay.

25/09/2024: Sophisticated food in a riverside setting. The Connemara lamb in filo pastry and risotto was a masterpiece and the fish medley was stunning too. Good sized portions. Only criticism was the very poor choice of beers. One of our best meals whilst in Athlone
09/08/2024: We had an excellent meal here for an end of year work dinner. There were over 20 of us and we all had a superb meal from the set menu, which had lots of choices. Everyone commented on the wonderful food and service. We will be back! Thank you.
